It depends on what program you're capturing with. If you're capping with WMM then just increase the quaity which should increase the screen size. If you're capturing with Pinnacle then go into the options panel and check your video preferences and options
Make sure that its on 720x540 (I think) Its what the majority of my montage is made on and the quality is loooovely
