So you have the cables from the front of your TV going to your Dazzle 90? Most likely, those are audio/video inputs, not outputs. The specs of your laptop pretty much guarantee that you have USB 2.0. I am almost positive its the cable setup, make sure the ones going from your TV to your computer are video outputs.
