I put a gradient, then I rendered the gradient layer as clouds, then I blurred it a bit. Then I cut out the master chief (just using the eraser, I don't know how to cut things out properly). Then I just found the bubble thing, though it looked cool, smeared it around. Then I just wrote "Angelo" and played around with layer styles until I though it looked good.
