I'm pleased to announce the newly redesigned GamingVidz.com. It's been a long time coming, and I'm glad it's finally done. (sorry it took me so long to get it finished this morning lol). If you experience any issues while using the site please let me know. The header is not totally complete. Our designer is going to add a login box to the top similiar to how it looks like over at XboxLiveArcade.com.

With the new site design, we have a number of additional tools for us staff members to manage this site more efficiently and affectively.

What does this mean to you? There will be more cracking down on stupid behavior i.e. excessive spamming, flaming, advertising etc. Staff members are able to issue infractions to members that violate our site rules (to be updated shortly), and after a certain number of infractions you will be banned (temporarily or permanately depending on the type/degree/frequency of rule violations). The way you can help stop someone that is doing something bad is to simply report their post. If you report a post that violates our site rules all of the staff members are notified and it makes it a lot easier for us to address the situation if you report the post. Now I'm not trying to scare anyone (unless you're known for constant flaming, spamming and overall jerk like tendancies), rather we're just trying to make it a better place for those of you that are having fun and don't want their fun spoiled by jerks.

Another new feature to the site is the addition of Premium Members. At any time you may upgrade your account to a premium member. Doing so will grant you access to a new section in the forum, display an image in your postbit showing your status, result in less advertisements and you'll feel good about supporting the site! All this for $10 / yearly via paypal. Money will be used to recoupe the cost of the new site redesign, as well as, add new features etc.

I hope you enjoy the site. Site rules will be posted shortly (there may be some minor changes to our previous ones).

Also, I would like to publically thank the staff members for helping to make this site redesign better by providing their input, ideas and comments. (And thanks blindchild, our designer
