As of now, members that create videos they would like to have posted on the front page of the site can simply go to the "
Video Review Forum" and create a thread with the video download details and a short description of your video.
The only people that can see these threads are the staff members. So after you submit the thread it will no longer be visible; however, this way our staffers will be able to get to it much faster than relying on the old system of pming a staff member requesting to get the video reviewed.
Secondly, all of the staff members have had several long discussions about flaming and members acting out on this website and quite frankly it's been a problem for way too long. Certain moderators now have the ability to ban members. I know that this has been said before, but it's better to have less people that act kindly and just enjoy the community then have any extra people that act like jerks and flame all the time. Besides, when we start to weed out the people that flame all the time and in general bring the community down we'll start to see more cool people again anyway!
With that said, a few members have been banned for continued and consistent flaming and bickering. It's just stupid. It's so stupid and we can't stand it anymore so we're just issuing bans for these members and will continue to do so as needed.
Shape up now. The childlike behavior has gone on long enough. We're putting a stop to it now. And if you're banned don't make another account just to come back and act like an even bigger dick. It's stupid and we'll just ban that one too.
