What he is saying is that the people playing console against the PC users are going to get rocked. Mouse/Keyboard have a HUUUUGE advantage over them... But it is a great idea to put it to the Console some people don't have they PC power to run this game maybe.. and now this allows them to.. All you have to do is buy a keyboard/mouse and i see it being better.. get a Bigger screen on console =0.. For me anyways you do.
