why exactly would ge want grunge brushes? he did a sig with real people in it, brushes like that would just make it look bad.
anyways, kinda remindes me of my first sig lol, except different people and text and what not

as far as advice goes, i noticed that the 2 lines for the plus sign aren't the same length. an easy way to make them the same is to duplicate the layer that you made the line on, hit ctrl+t(free transform) and rotate the line 90 degrees. also, you should get some color into that backround, especially if you are going to have color in the renders. it could also use a border, to do that just make a new layer and hit ctrl+a(select canvas) then edit >> stroke and make it 1px black & center. i could say more, but you really have to learn to get the feel of photoshop by using different filters, blending options, and tools(smudge, dodge & burn, clone stamp, brushes, etc.)
