Not neccesarily Grim my friend!!! I have discovered a way that you can still play on Pal 60 and cap at the same time! Just plug your video in to a DVD or VCR then take a video extension cord an plug that into the video out on your DVD or VCR then that into your CC
Thats how im doing mine now. Its still quite hard to see on your TV (depends on the quality of your DVD/VCR, mines some Asian make that I havnt heard of!!!) Its a bit fuzzy but at least its Pal 60
