hmmm, its a bit scratchy in the BG and a little on the render. Try to Gaussan blur it with the ratio at 1.0 or 2.0. If that dosent work than just manually blur it at 10% strength. Then blur the render at mabey 5% strength. Also i dont know if you did this or not, but did you set any layers to "Hard Mix"? That mabey why it looks a bit sctratchy, so take that off if you did.

Just a little something i noticed, did you cut like a line out of his neck near the sword? It looks like it To do lines, use the tool that is 9th row 2nd column, right click is and go to "Line Tool" then just stretch out your lines and press enter to take away that gray overlay o the line. This dosent work all the time, but then try and put the line layers to "Overlay" that will blend them a bit. Oh i forgot to say, try white or egg nog colour (the default outer glow colour) for the colours of the lines. Then if you want to make them extra special, put low opacity outer glows on them.
