You could buy Pinnacle Studio if you wanted to get it legally. You could also capture with Windows Movie Maker, though you won't get as good of quality. I reccomend getting Studio 9 if you can. Oh, and you can only capture with Dazzle cards in Studio 9 and WMM. There might be one other program you can do it in, but Pinnacle bought Dazzle recently and put that restriction on their cards.
