Btw, that last statement was totally dumb, its like saying, isn't the sniper noobish? isn't the rockets noobish? isn't the combo noobish? aren't needlers noobish? I mean, all you gotta do with them is pull down the trigger on their heads and they die very quickly...
And have you gotten any Overkill's lately? not many ppl get them much....
Lastly, you just called OGRE 1, MONGLER, shooK on3, and almost every other pro a n00b... which they aren't.

Mehh...on a board like Foundation...or something with a lot more open space, the sword is a lot harder to use. But I've played Lockout SOOO many times (favorite board...) And as far as the sword goes...it's really not all that hard to get a lot of kills. I mean...it does take some degree of skill...especially going through 3 or 4 people in a row... But it's such a small board with so many twists and turns that it's not really all THAT hard to get behind something so that a BR isn't all that much against it.
Rockets I would say is the biggest noob weapon of all time. I have a friend who gets a ton of kills with rockets... and gets all high and mighty when he does (and usually only seems to stand out on maps where he can whore the rockets...maps like Lockout and Midship he just sort of fades into the middle ground of whichever team he's on...whether it's the winning or losing team...). But it's not impressive, rockets are pretty much a point and shoot weapon, especially on maps like Ivory tower...it doesn't take a whole lot (if any) skill to use them...they're pretty much a point and shoot weapon... The only time rockets impress me is when they're used long range on people not in vehicles.
As far as the needler being a "noob" weapon...I couldn't disagree more. It's way hard to hit someone who's not either running directly at you, or directly away from you with an accuarate pulse of needlers.
The reason I'm not really all that satisfied with the sword...is because of the lunge...and because of the unlimited "ammo" that it carries...now...if the sword's lunge was cut in half...or there was a set period of time/ammunition that was available with it...I would be a little more impressed. Basically, it doesn't really matter how good you are...dodging a sword (unless you're host...or for whatever reason are specifically good at it...) is pretty hard to do consistantly. As long as the "cross hair" or "redicle" is red...you're almost guarenteed a kill. *shrugs*. The only thing that really impresses me about the sword is the ability to get triple and killtaculars while in a group of 3 or 4 people...but just because if you're in a cluster of people (like the suicide room on lockout)...the chance of you lunging at someone, and then another person on the other team beating you down, or at least smacking and knocking down your shield is greatly increased... but over all...the sword really doesn't impress me...it's just a LITTLE more skillfull then using the rocket launcher... (on small maps)...
And as far as the sniper goes...I think the sniper is a VERY skillfull weapon to use...not so much at long range...but especially in MLG on a map like Lockout, where pretty much everyone is within BR range of you...you have to be pretty quick and precise to be effective... and altho there is some auto-aim...it's not really a "oh, the redicle is red...pull the trigger and I'm guarenteed a kill!" kind of weapon
