Chrono Trigger: best RPG on the SNES - 03-26-2007, 08:33 AM
I think so. Do you?
Has anyone even heard of this game? If you haven't, I suggest downloading an emulator and playing it. It's probably my favorite RPG of all time, and one of the best ever in my opinion.

I have it, and I don't really like it that much.
Just thought I'd mention this, I have a friend who LOVES this game. Guess it just depends on what you like/dislike.

Super Mario RPG is better than Chrono Trigger IMO.
I played Chrono Trigger a while back, and it just seemed like the game was too hectic. With all of the 2D sprites every which way, it just seemed like there was a lot they could have done to the game to make it better. And then along came Super Mario RPG in all of its glory. Using Pre-rendered sprites, it revolutionized RPG's. It pretty much defined them. Still, Pokemon all the way, though. <3
