If I buy the CD does that mean I can't download updates or am I still able to get them.

you CAN download the updates.. I got my 1.6 through the 1.0 disc from a friend of mine. All you'll need to do is after you install the program, download steam from www.steampowered.com and register the product w/ the cd key on the cover of the case.

Ok, and another question if I buy the Counter Strike Anthology does that come with the original game or just add-ons.
