surf skyworld backwards!

finally iv got a good handle on my backwards surfing at skyworld

skyworld is specially hard because you really dont have a sense of were you are...mainly because ther is no ground, or walls.....you just have to go by memory and a good knowledge of the map and places to catch speed

its ALOT harder than it looks

oh and the part were i hit the water and jump wowed me because i didnt think i would have timed it that perfectly..if you dont jump at the exact time then you will just stop, and not keep going like i did

that was source....the adida gloves are my favorite..cuz i love adidas..even tho i hate soccer...adidas clothing, footwear just appeals to me for some reason lol..

and the knife model i got is soo sick..whoever made it did such a nice job

sure did..they have such a huge selection



and its surfing is pretty basic....you just ride slanted ramps, and gain speed to do large jumps, or spins, or anything that the map offers.....

surfing backwards is just doing it backwards, and you can also surf sideways wich is mainly just for when your going really fast.....and you can combine all three and turn around surf all different ways, while doing big jumps, and on some maps you can just surf allll around ..and just have fun

the basics are easy...after that you just gota learn on your own by practice, and get ideas from spectating other people

and yeah you can..i tried it with shake a couple days ago..its pretty much the same thing but with bad GFX

alot of the 1.6 maps were carried over and re newed in source

How do you ride the ramps? Do you jump and then crouch when you land? Or do you just run right onto the slant?

you just ride along the slant...if the slant is on your left side then you hold the left directional, if its on your right side, then you hold the right directional
