people suing msft for busted 360's?

As i was watching the seahawks give it to the eagles this evening, I saw a news blurb about people sueing msft for faltey 360's. Apparently a lot of them are crashing and giving weird error messages.

Anyone heard anything on this?

A lot of them have been DoA (dead on arrival) from what I know. It pisses me off because I won't be getting my xbox 360 until february. *cries*

yeah there is a huge law suit for using defaulty products... cause its illegal to sell something with problems, if u know about them...

yeah but i was reading that they didnt kno it wasnt working and i dont think microsoft would want there company image dropping to below of that it is just to make sumthing not work and still selling it to make the dead line

I have the 360XBox.... one thing I did notice is that it blows a TON of hot air, literally..... it's a power hog..... the power converter is HALF the size of the 360 its self....?

Anyone have a link to the reported law suit pending....?
