The same you can do with a video, you can add a mpeg player into it so you can watch videos, you can change the theme to what you like, you can play doom 1, doom 2, goldeneye, duke nukem, it also comes with a calculator, metronome, and a bunch of other crap I haven't even used.

Yeah, you can do this with 1st gen ipods I belive as well, I think the only ones you can't do it with are 1st and 2nd gen shuffles (duh no screen) and 1st gen mini's all the others are fair game.

idk if this relates, but my friend downloaded those ipod games off of a torrent site and put them onto his ipod. It's pretty cool to have them on, even though they kill your battery

It relates to how I ended up getting rockbox on my ipod, I torrented the games as well but the fw that apple uses for ipods, checks for updates when its plugged into itunes, and it will say your not authorized to play the games, if you unhook the internet it will come up with the same thing because itunes will check, find the games not in the purchased section, so it will say just sign back in and download them if you did it legally, pissed me off.

SOOoooo I went got a 15 dollar itunes card got 2 games, liked them for 2 days got bored figured out about rockbox and doom and installed it.

And yeah montages occupy almost all of my video on my ipod mini, my video is just for doom, cs, hl, dukenukem, and goldeneye + music
