Time's Top 10 Video Games of the Year - 12-11-2007, 05:23 PM

This is Time's Top 10 Video Games for 2007. Pretty surprising results only by ranking though.
  1. Halo 3
  2. The Orange Box
  3. Rock Band
  4. Super Mario Galaxy
  5. Bioshock
  6. Call of Duty 4
  7. Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass
  8. Mass Effect
  9. Ace Combat 6: Fires of Liberation
  10. God of War II

Any surprises? Any upsets? This is the exact list in order. i am amazed slightly on how low Call of Duty 4 got.

no guitar hero 3, and did ace combat really get that high?!?! I played the demo and it was awful.

I'm also surprised that Call of Duty 4 was ranked that low, it should be at least a little higher in my opinion.

Ace combat 6 is absolutely amazing. I think im the only one here who owns it. It most definitely deserved a spot on there.

halo3 is on there because of the hype it got, in reality its a garbo game

played the ace combat demo thinking hey sweet a awesome jet fighting game, then when I played it I thought I was on a play station 1, the ground looks the same as they did on every other ace combat

guitar hero 3 diddnt get a high rating because they are having a recall on the Xbox 360 version wireless guitar. Apparently some units have a laggy response.

The saying "if it aint broke, don't fix it" comes to mind. The old Xplorer was fine, didnt need wireless, didnt need a detachable neck, it was perfect.

Anyways, Bioshock has absolutely NO replay value, somewhat boring (but definently stunning) single player, and it beats CoD 4? ****ing wow, what utter bullshit.
Also, despite the bad guitar controllers, Gh3 still deserved to be on there.
