Coming out of the closet...

So about a week ago I was pretty bored. I have played DOTA (War 3 custom) so much that I've basically tried every last build and combination with the 100 or whatever heroes. DOTA will always stand as the greatest custom variant of a game, but that's not the point of this post. I started playing H3 again after winter, pretty fun but could never get into it like H2. Generally play on the weekend if I was bored, otherwise whatever. Pretty fun game, but just not H2 to me. So where am I going with this?

Well about 10 days ago Bungie released the newest maps. Lockout snipes definitely had some potential, I could have cared less about the other maps. After a day, quite a few I've played H3 with message me saying how the maps are the worst, blah blah. Whatever, I didn't buy them but I could have predicted it. I doubt they're that bad, but I know they wouldn't get me into H3 like I was with H2. So I sat there thinking. I could pay $10 to find out what I suspect is true. I could drink a few beers and play DOTA and just try dumb crap, because that was about the only thing left in one map after a year of playing it. The other option was to get a new game.

Given that half the forum left the Halo series for WoW, I DLed the demo. Even though I didn't like my hero (I based him off a DOTA hero which was a bad idea) I still had a lot of fun playing it, easily the most addicting game I've played since Diablo II. As I continued playing, I was just blown away by the size of the world (which I only saw a remote fraction of) and the depth of things you can do. Regardless, I bought the game and signed up within 2 days and now I'm hooked. While WoW and H3 are completely different, I'm having infinite more fun playing WoW.
If you wanna add me (and I'm pretty new to the bnet "/" commands, I'm 3FDARKLORD (it's based off a beer, it took a solid 10 mins to get an account that wasn't taken, currently lvl 40 NE Rogue)

As for H3, feel free to remove me, I highly doubt I'm getting on again any time soon. Sorry if this offends someone.

edit: i sold my account a while ago but the dick reversed the paypal so i still have it. its inactive but i may activate after my finals so ill have a little extra something to do in the summer. honeslty h3 cant hold many peoples attention that played halo 2, unless they sucked at it or wep glitches. h2 is 1000x faster tahn h3. shit i cant even do my montage without losing interest within 10 minutes. i fall back on runescape) saran ds (lvl 100 in nub)
