Read a few tuts, walk trhough them all and try involving your style and stuff.
Just experiment.

yup, right now untill you get a style about you, critque is pretty hard. read and tut and go for something and we can be of much more help

Kingdom hearts? That's Hinata from Naruto, The other one is Lyn from Fire Emblem, and the other render i used is a fighting charachter from a fighting game(Guilty Gear)

And i HATE emo's...

Very true...use for detail and little touch ups...not like the whole signature.
