if you dont resize it what do you do? crop the one you want and go from there?

sprites are small enough,plus they get totally destroyed when you mess with the size either way.
you kinda shopuld notice that in photoshop/GIMP/ whatever oyur useing before you even realease your tag. the small mechanical type errors you should be able to pickup yourself man. its really easy to tell the sprite lost quality.
