ur 100% right, but i talked to geno and he said, most of the judges would want to compete in it, therefore i step in, plus i just want to help judge because this is my baby lol jk, i have an interest in sigs and gfx and am not biased, but like i said i will give up my judging power to more experienced members

the theme is anything u want it to be, no limit on creativity, just keep in mind, it will be posted so keep it appropriate for people who might find things offensive, cough (travkid) jk lol

a sig of the week should at least follow some guidelines week to week. having a theme will make voting easier. if you took a photomanip that was done flawlessly and matched it against a "sprite" sig, some people would probably vote the sprite because that seems to be the style of choice lately. just saying ...
