About the tag, did you use Photoshops built in lightning?
White border doesnt fit, but I dont like any border at all tho

did u mean lighting or lightning? lmao if it was lighting than, i just used lighting effects and messed with it till i found somehting i liked
and yea the border dosent reall go well, but w.e i always use a 2 px black with a 1px white
