Nothing can be too original, that's just stupid.

Anyways, just work on the syle a bit, the background is lacking alot. I think what DoX was trying to say is that what you're doing just needs to be refined, and worked out a bit, not that it is too original.

i kinda understand both sides of the argument. imo i dont think they were trying to be asses, but trying to be helpful (in a way).

in my stay at nsl ive learned that hardcore gfx ppl just look for depth, focal, fx, flow, etc.
thats what appeals to them.

not bad, i don't like it though. It's like...the cholorscheme doesn't go well with the black and white sprite...

the center of interest is way off...

and some parts of that really kool squiggle pink stuff thing look a little off.

It is too original. It has 2 colors. Very basic looking non-eye catching background like they said over there. Size is off aswell. Not anywhere near what a tag size is. When you change what a tag size should be, that is being too original in itself, so I can agree with them. Like they said, learn how to take C&C.
