adobe photoshop and adobe image-ready.... i know because my friend told me, but i have no idea how to use them...

ms paint. if you can't get that then go with adobe products.

i heard that the ms paint is really hard to come by, and if u are lucky to get it you have to be hella good at it!!!

Adobe is by far the best program to use, I use Photoshop 9.0 AKA Photoshop CS 2
