the render looks wierd, also doesn't look like you did all that much, if you're new at photoshop...let me know and ill help u as best as i can

Needs work all around. The background doesnt look to great. Try messin around with your filters. The render, Makin a sig is more then a picture piled around the canvas a bunch of times, as for the render try smudging or filters again. For help with all this look at some tuts on RoyalGfx, Or ChaosGfx. They will help you a lot. For beginner tuts we have some on our very own site just check out the forum. When looking at tuts pick one style and stick with it until you've mastered it then pick another and do the same. Once you've mastered a few mix them together and come up with your own style.
