adobe photoshop, search for it in google etc and you should find what youre lookin for, its expensive tho unless you acquire it another way

PhotoShop and Paint Shop Pro are the best ones. Google it. Just a reminder...these programs do take a little bit of time and skill to be used at their full potential.
