i played around with the setting for a while just now, its rizzape.

and yea you can get black glow, white glow, and team glow, you can also change the grav and walking speed. you can change starting weaps and secondary, pistols, swords etc. also you can dual wield magnums but not swords.

IN DEPTH TUTORIAL:
Have 6 or 8 people in one game. Have someone else be in matchmaking by their selves, and send the party leader of the other game an invite. The party leader of the 6 - 8 people game should join the other, making sure to select "bring party". Once in the other game, look for whoever got kicked out. Have them send game invites, or join from ur recent players list (or friends list).
