what are you talking about? The excessive shot is not new at all, toxic euphoria does that 90% of his shots in halo, i do that all the time also, its not new at all.

I have always thought the excessive shot to be kind of pointless. Most of the time you end up wasting ammo for no reason, or maybe I just sucked at it.
