EDIT: hm i didnt know you couldn't watch file share vids right from the site...but yea..if ur on live..go to my file share and watch that vid..or click the arrow beside "download to halo 3" and you can put it on your own file share...i hit 2 different guys DIRECTLY in the head 4 times...blood splatter n everything...and the 5th headshot finally ends up killing one of them

yeah i know sniping is gay right now...in halo 2 you could drag snipe the hell out of someone. but in halo 3 you have to stand still when you snipe kind of like gears because if your not steady enough then you dont get the headshot hopefully bungie notices that and fixes that later on.

Fixes what? That you can't SUCK to snipe??? The only games I played on XBL I sniped just fine and found no problem with it. Maybe it's because I don't have to rely on a massive amount of auto-aim to hit people for me.

Just learn how to snipe! H2 was way easy to snipe! Yes it was hella fun but lets have a different game and different ways to snipe now. Just give it time

exactly took me a couple games but I quickly learned how to snipe in h3. Sure you are not going to get some of the stupid snipes you got in h2 but thats a good thing now not everyone can do it.

Also away if you stand still to snipe you are on crack, there is no reason to stand still at all ever in this game

Bungie has made sniping so that it takes skill to snipe, at least a lot more skill than it did in Halo 2. I've played H3 for maybe 20 hours total and I have no problem sniping.

That's happened to me a few times also, just keep on trying lol. There's a certain feel to getting a headshot.
