when moding came out i was a 27 and i matched up with two 39's and my friends was a 27 like me and they both modded lol

yea, i've been matched up w/ 40's, 45's, most of the time they are deranking though. good shitttttt. but once you're a 36, you can get matched up with any level, there is not cap like with the lower levels.

I'm just mad because My team was all 32's and the other team is like 36+ you'd think Bungie could fix this....Oh well I'm back up to 32 again lol. I keep seesawing, I can never seem to get above 32
 . Even when I'm close I start playing boosters that are actually good or my teammates just plain blow.
