Bah! Too Many Assists!

I started out going back and forth between 2nd and 3rd place, then at about 20 Kills, I took the lead, and I was in 1st until about 30. Then I started dying a lot, and all my kills started getting stolen. In the last 2 minutes of the game, I went from 3rd place to 5th place. After the game, I had a ton of assists, more than anyone else. I also had more headshots than 2 of the people who beat me.

Not my host but it was a good host-

How can I convert more of my assists to kills? Because if I did that I could have come in 1st place.

EDIT: Just played Rumble Pit for the first time in ages, and the same thing happened.

I was in 1st place until 18 Kills, and then for the las 2 minutes of the game I just got a ton (compared to the other players) of assists.

Its kinda hard to convert assists into kills. Just try and go for things that you wouldnt normally go for or take a position that you dont normally take. That's what I do if I want more kills. Good game though, remeber assists are never a bad thing

Like a guy above said, try changing where you hang out during FFAs.

P2 is always a good spot, but you will die a lot because A LOT of people want that spot. I used to go to it, now I've quit that spot and moved to both open windows of the bases.

Those spots are great, and you have great escape routes if your getting shot. I get lots of kill steals at Car 3 and P2, and if your playing on a great host your can get many people across the map.

Oh well, that's just what I do.

thats pretty ridiculus, i dn't think ive really ever had one of those crazy games where u just get everything stolen...and personally in snots case...i didnt think that # of assists in a 15 minute ffa was really possible

ive never been really great in ffas but honestly, just wait for those red to multiply around u, and...while i may nt be the greatest to tell u this, lol...by watching pro VoD and Gameplay, when they FFA they lok around the map to just check for kills lying around, p2...car 3....everywhere

I once got one kill because every kill got stolen or was able to run away, You have no idea how pissed I was when peoplestarted to call me bad. Still I didn't really bother to say anything. But I didn't get as many assist as Snot though.

I think the most I've got and won was like 34. Most I've had is around 43 I think. Only once. Sometimes high 30's though.
