Can you only play MM in H3B, cause I was really hopeing to do custom games as well.

No unfortunately you can't play customs. What me and my friends did was play rumble training as a party of six and decided to go over strats, and call outs for each map. I recommend others to do the same when they get the beta.

Thats gay so the only way to learn the maps is to go in with random people....you cant even walk around and enjoy the surroundings. Thats sucks.

and is there only rumble pit? or are is there skirmish and slayer as well?
