today i woke up and said to myself i would really like to pwn teh nooobzors in h2 i did a little research online to see if this could even be possibly. I remembered a program from "back in the day" XBOXCONNECT

I have not 100% tested it yet because my little brother has a monopoly on the xbox atm, but it tricks your xbox to thinking it is playing a LAN game just over the interwebz so it should still work the question is are there enough ppl playing? well i would liek to get some of the ppl here playing it is 100% FREE and im not sure what the connections are like

The player base sucks, and most people play the not so "skilled: variants all the time. Though, they can be fun. I just wish they had more variety in what they played, instead of one shot shotty-sword combo games.

Just fyi, while this works with regular xbox games, it will not with 360 games as they use a ping test to determine if you're connected through a LAN(at least that is what I have heard).

for setup i couldnt get it to go through a computer idk why i just took my laptop and a ethernet cable plugged it int othe back of my xbox and into my laptop connected wirelessly to the interwebz and bridges the connections and i can connect if you need any help lemme know it is kind laggy but when i have the itch i can get on and play a few games then get off but it is nothing like xbl was

Made friends recently with a neighbor who mentioned Halo 2 in his favorite games. One day while sitting around partaking in some herbal enhancements:

Me: "Ah shit... I havent played that in a looooong time. Probably suck now."
Him: "Me and my roommates still play from time to time, we're pretty good."
Me: "Ok, lets play. Gimme like 5min to run around and get my bearing back."

Me: *Runs around for a bit, throw some nades* "Okay, lets go. Lockout, 1v1... thats the only map I remember, really"

Made me feel a little good about myself, I must admit.

me and leaky played xbc a month back. lets just say we did well... COUGH 38-2 COUGH 27-10 while carrying flag. we embarresed kids. leaky said he felt bad, i felt like i was america in any war outside of asia.
