Makes no sense to me, you cannot get a perma ban for trash talking, what they do is take away your voice capability, you can't talk or hear anyone it happened to me and Quinns old friend JJWILLIS he got reported to many times and they took his voice capability away. They probibly pinned you up for a bad connection issue or something that makes no sense, either way you can't really get yourself out of it. I would try to call and make sure you WERE banned for talking shit and if you were then your screwed but if its a connection error you can try to appeal it.
