Beating Outskirts on Legendary in less than 15 minutes

I wasn't sure where to post it so I chose here.

Me and my friend found this glitch so I doubt it's been posted on another site.


First at the very begining of the level take the sniper from sarge.

Crouch jump onto the lamps then onto the roof like you do when getting the "blind" skull.

Instead of taking the long dark hall way go in the opposite direction and jump over the hole you came up from and to a hall way on the other side.

Crouch Jump onto the wall on your right (you cannot touch the wall while you jump for sum reason)

Turn away from the crash and jump over the next gap.

Go to your right and you will find another dark ally ( though its on the roof)

Jump on to the short, slanted wall at the end, jump onto the roof on your left.

Run to the far corner that is in the opposite direction from the pelican crash.

A pelican will arrive calling for sarge, take a running jump down across the huge gap to it. ( it may take a few tries, "revert to last save" will take you right back to when the pelican comes down)

Wait for the Pelican to take off then as soon as it gets aboce the raised road jump off. (If you stay on it it will throw you outside of the level where you can walk around.)

Jump on to a very low wall that is on the edge of the road again on the side furthest from the pelican crash.

Then crouch jump onto the roof

You should now be on an "L" shaped roof with another "L" shaped roof in front of you and a bridge type thing that goes over the road to a building attatched to "HOTEL ZANZIBAR"

Jump across a small gap to the other "L" shaped roof and turn right away from "HOTEL ZANZIBAR"

Within jumping distance there should be a building with laundry hanging from it jump to it.

Jump across the alley to another building with laundry and go in the open door.

Inside should be sniper rifle ammo. ( if you have a second player there will be a sniper rifle and ammo for them also)

Jump onto the roof of this building and jump to the roof of the first laundry house.

Look towards the "L" shaped building you came from and look down a little

You should see a holl in the wall of the building jump into it.

From there snipe the elite and grunts and enter "HOTEL ZANZIBAR"

Kill the elites and grunts that come at you.

Run out side and jump off the railing and down to the road below.

Back away until the phantom leaves, wait....

After around 30 seconds the grunts from the phantom will make their way down to the road.

After sniping 4 or 5 of them a warthog should drive up.

Get into the warthog and drive like hell until you finish the level ( expect to die a few times)

i found that out the second time i played it, the first i did it the right way....

It only took us around half an hour to figure it out we were bored and messing around

jump on the pelican on i think delta halo when they give you reinforcements after you come to the 7 energy shields use the wraith to get up onto the ledge obove the pelican
