Its only for xbox 360 and if you're planning on getting it, i'd suggest printing out that ad and heading down to your local circuit city and have them do a price match. They'll match the price PLUS 5% off. Thats what I did and I got mine for about $34 w/o tax
BTW, the ad from Walmart is an "online only" offer so if ur buying it from there, you'll have to pay for s/h
