i play with it on. i turned it off for a while, and i couldn't really tell when/where i was getting hit from half the time, and my aim didn't really become better at all.
i think its mainly psychological, maybe it works for some people. put it this way. all of FB plays with it on, so obviously its not too detrimental to your aim. play with what your used to. |

I play with it off, I turned it off around March and never looked back. It helped my BR tonsssss!
edit: Also, addressing not knowing where you are getting shot from. If you know maps and where people can shoot at you from it doesnt matter if you have it on or off, plus it makes you more aware of your surroundings. It keeps me on my toes.
