I tried to pick it up....honest.....but everytime I did Ephrum killed me.

Yeah Ephrum cheats. I had sword and lunged right through him (like it normally does when you kill someone)....went through the whole animation, even switched back to my BR, only for him to beat me down.

Ephrum were you capping that? If so post it cause I want to see what it looked like from your angle....and also post what mods you were using.
