A lil' love...

Well... I wasn't too sure if I was gunna post this or not, but I looove how it turned out. Frank got me editing again last night (just playing around in Premiere and After Effects with old footage) and I just kept going... only a minute long, but I really like the way it turned out. I know the song and clips have been used before... but that wasn't the point... the point was expirementation with AFX and Premiere... and more 'clean' editing... anyway... have a look, let me know what you think. I used my clips, and the frenzy was PhaLanX's (if you remember it from his last montage I edited)...

I deffinetly liked the 'wave' effect after the stick on side of br. I wasnt to sure about your cartoon coming up though....It was done well though cant really argue with that.

There are a tooon of 'subtleties' (sp?) that I threw into this one... some audio-work... a lot of sub-noticable syncing and a few effects that to be honest, I barely even notice... but that's what makes me really love it... I wasn't sure about the cartoon either, but I REALLY wanted something to sync there, and I was hoping it'd flash quicker then it did, unfortunatly it didn'... but I think it's kind of funny... mainly cuz that's about how I felt after I hit that quad-shot for the double... (I almost dropped my controller I started laughing so hard)

Those were the two main things i noticed when i watched, so thats what i commented on. I did like the audio work on the "kill frenzy". I see what you were trying to do with the cartoon, I probably would have dropped my controller. I also have never edited so i really dont wanna comment on stuff that is really editing related. I just try to stick with what i notice in the montage to comment on.

The wave thing was preety nice although Im sure you can come up with something a bit more original than that

Good video though, oh and I tryed to capture again today and my CC wont work on my laptop.....again..GAY

I will try and fix it.

I liked the wave effect on the sticks and the subtle sound effects during Phalanx's kill frenzy was really sweet and added a good addition to the clip. good job.
