Essentials For a Montage?

So, I've never made a montage before so I'm not too sure. I know no-scopes are sticks is definate. But what pass's and what is looked down upon in a montage?

single close range no scopes + sticks
single bxr's
single snipes
single doubleshots, unless they are good

i would put a lotta multikillz in it

Those are the things not to put in a montage if you didn't get that because I guess

he forgot to say that. . . killtacs and higher in FFA are good

Not alot of FFA footage, only killtac and up in snipes, and good TS stuff.

a lot of multis (kill tak and up unless it is a really good triple), long sticks/noscopes, doubleshots for multis

Minus-Single double shot kills,doubles unless really good,doubles or triples in ffa unless really good!

Plus-Double shot for triple,killtac or higher in ffa,sticks accross map or double,nice triples or killtac's in FFA snipes!

Pwnage clips-Kill Frenzy in 4vs4,Triple kill in 2vs2,Triple kill with 1 stick,Killtac with 2 doubleshot kills in it!

FERKIN INSANE CLIPS- Throw sticky,bounce it off another sticky and get a triple,Triple kill in 1vs1,Killmanjario x 4 in FFA snipes,Killmanjario in 4vs4,Killtac in 2vs2!

90% Custom's-60% FFA, 40% 4vs4,

10%MM- 95% Team Hardcore, 5% Other

U know just some suggestions try and get the ferkin insane clips plz!

Call me ferkin insane I guess... a few times. Anyway...

Watch some montages. The most well known ones you can find. (gamingvidz.com, halo3forum.com, halo-pro.com) Then watch some bad ones (google.com, youtube.com) and figure out why they are bad.

From there you should be able to figure out which clips shouldn't go in a montage. If you have to ask whether a clip belongs, it doesn't.

Please avoid the following stuff... (unless there is a special circumstance)

Sticking people in P2 on midship or anything across lockout.
Close range single no scopes.
Triple kills in FFA (snipes or BR)
Killtacs in FFA snipes that aren't perfect headshots.
Triple kills in team where you just jack 3 kills.
Kills with guests unless the clip is insane.
Anything no scope games unless the clip is like 5 headshots for a frenzy.
