ABUSEDGOAT's Final Halo 2 Montage - 09-25-2007, 06:54 AM
As Halo 2 finally comes to an end, one of the games most known and successful montage makers closes out his "quest" with this wonderful montage. The large multi-kills (which are always a nice treat), insane sticks across huge matchmaking maps, sweet snipes and entertaining warthog kills make this montage makers videos so unique from the rest. Always be a leader, never a follower. I can say that no one else really TRULY does have this style of play quite like him.

The banshee tribute was out of this world. I had never seen any clip like that before, so I loved it. The warthog jaros and MM stuff was great, it gave it a great feel, and I really do appreciate you coming back to do this tage.
See you on H3. ![]()

Besides it being your last montage, I just wanted to point out something very interesting that people, imo, aren't recognizing nor appreciating.
I'm going to try to sound as less nerdy as possible... Here's the deal, notices how he uses map variation and not simple killtacs on midship and lockout all day. The thing that really got me thinking about this 'tage and why it made it so interesting to me is on how late in the season it is. I mean, Halo 3 is already out and it was still interesting. Look how he brings a new innovation to each of his 'tages. I mean, ignore his editing or what not. When was the last time you've seen people jump out of banshees sniping and sticking people? You rarely see it and most of the time, never. In most people's eyes, Halo 2 is now played out, 'cause Halo 3 just took over. But to be honest, after watching that, I wanna go put in my h2 disc in and go into mm to play btb hoping that I'll get waterworks. Well you might say, you can just do it in h3. But imo, it's just not the same as if you would do it in h2. Everytime I watch a new 'tage, I'm always looking for that unique idea or style of play that I couldn't come up with, so I can go and try all the things I would see. And this is a prime example of what I wanna go try now. One more thing, the last clip, imo, can be easily the best killtac I've ever seen. I hope you get time to download the original clip 'cause I wanna hear the dub shots (No I don't want a friend request and I'm not "riding his dick." No offense to goat, I just wanted to point that out for all the flamers out there)
