Sorry if my responses were a little more over the top when faced with criticism. I guess it's just pent up rage from many of the past idiotic responses people have had to my work that I had previously just ignored.

I just can't stand it when people say something like Untouchable "wasn't edited much."

I don't dislike all effects, and in fact I believe some effects can be used effectively to enchance the viewing experience and I've seen it done in many peoples montages that were hosted here.

Anyway, I'm done. I knew the gameplay was average at best. I guess that's what happens when I pick up a game and record for a couple of hours and several months later find the footage and make a quick trailer.

Actually I'm not biased. 4ng3l is in one of my clan's closest rivals, so I wouldn't exactly love him, would I? Anyhow, if you compare the two montages, Angel's editing and gameplay (overall, game regardless) is superior to that of THG's.

ok well i just got done watching the vid....for one...the gameplay was 10 times better than THGs....buuuut...not only did THG say it wasnt good and that it was from a few hours of playing, he even asked everyone if we wanted to see it..so we had the choice.....

10 percent of that montage was synced, only in the begging, and the blan little titles....90 percent of the gameplay was just ther.....

ther really wasnt any edting done with the whole montage...no kind of effects no movement, barely any syncing, nothing

quailty and gameplay as i said before was perfect, awesome headshots

music--now i know that music is personal preferance...but i think i can speak for alot of people that the music was hooribble....it just sounded like nails on a chalkboard, specially at some guitar riffs.....just wasnt a good smooth pick for a montage


all in all....thers no way i would say that montage had better editing that THGs ....nooo way in hell....but it was still an alrite montage....

Ok, first off, I was in no way trying to flame you, but if you want to take it like that and make an enemy, by all means. Secondly, I don't see what would posess you to post something like that to the public, especially when you have a buisness going in video editing. EVEN if it was just for fun, at least put SOME effort into it, ya know?

And obviously you have much to learn about editing if all you think video editing is just a/v syncing, you have to be original with your work, even if it means using effects in vegas. I have seen many people take these "lame" effects and turn them into a work of art. So tell me, if that's not video editing, than what is?

I do not represent Z or his forums in anyway, so do not claim that I do. And I do not care if you or this forum "knows" me, I posted because I felt that all this "OMG that was good THG!!" shouldn't go to your head, you should get some negative feedback, or else you won't learn.

I did not say I was the judge of music as you claim I did. That was my opinion. In case you didn't kno what the little, "IMO" in my first post meant, it means IN MY OPINION!!

Anyways, it was as expected that I would get flamed by your fans, but honestly, I had respect for you, but when I post some critisizm and get flamed for it by YOU AND your fans, I have lost all respect.

But in case I get banned for this, which is most likely, I hope the smart people that aren't always up your ass actually see this the way I do and decide not to kiss your ass this time and have the balls to not flame me and stick up for me. Because obviously, there's no way in getting through you or your fans thick heads by myself.
