I know what you mean... but I tried my best to find a song that I felt apropriate for the clips DeXtA sent me. They were also cut extremely short (like you'll notice how a few of the transitions might come off as 'sloppy' or 'non exhistant'... but that's just because a majority of the clips started either midway through the 2nd kill in a Killtac, or mid-toss in a stick... which I didn't really like at first, but I thought the whole thing came together pretty well...and it gave me a chance to experiment with a more 'faster-paced' style of editing. Some of the clips were synced... but only subtly... since I was trying to get a more 'fast paced' style going, I wanted to go more for the smoother/subtler...even more old-school style A/V syncing... I'm pretty pleased with the way it turned out, especially since there was definatly a lack in variety, and the way the clips were cut definatly weren't the easiest to work with. But as a 'first' montage... the clips in this one were soooo much better then the clips contained in most people's firsts. And XiT Samurai even said... 'if you want good montage footage...play a lot of Lockout FFA Snipes'... hahahaha.

nice editing, great sticks, really like the way the credits are done, but im not a fan of single kill snipes... maybe you should record a little longer next time

Why is it entitled "An American Revolution?" Is it because you are killing lots of kids that live in the states? I thought we won that war.

Nice 'tage Dexta. Good for a first. Song was alright, and the gameplay was a 'lil less than I expected. Quality was great, and I can't wait to see more in the future.

Anyways, the music fit the clips and the clips were decent. The quality could've used some work but I understand that you had to compress the clips to send them to Ephrum so its alright.

I think there should be a little more variety in your clips. It was almost entirely FFA Snipes on Lockout. Also, next time, try to pick 'cleaner' footage. A lot of the clips had quite a few sniper streaks in them and whatnot. It makes it hard to appreciate the clip when theres so much commotion going on on the screen (unless of course its all from you and its unbelievable)

Finally, I though it was a good montage. Even with its repetitiveness and the 'dirty' footage. It kept me watching the whole thing. I enjoyed it... and thats what montages are about. Enjoyment.

That Killtacular you got on Treason on Lockout, damn dude that was sick IMO, your sheilds were down and everything.
The editing had very smooth transitioning and I like it alot.

Lemme guess, you got that vid from Phalanx.. who got it from me. I agree with the statement, but I don't want 90% lockout FFA snipes in a montage. Every last montage has boatloads of killtacs in it.
