how do u upload

hey, how do u upload a video to this site? im not a noob to movies or anything just to uploading here

To upload to the site you need to upload to a different site if you are talking bout hosting it here, put the Gv intro on it then upload it to mythica, or filefront and send the link to halogod or slayer and they will vote to see if its worthy to be hosted, to just put a montage on the site go to the vids forum and put it there with a link to it.
