If you kill someone, You should be sentenced to death. I dont believe in Life Imprisonment. It really isn't effective at all. I know that people that are in Life Imprisonment, are the ones that try and escape prisons because they have nothing to lose. Some of them get away, move to another country, and are a free man. I will tell you something, MANY geniuses are in prison, they have nothing to do but "think". My dad was in prison for over a year (something i dont like to talk about) and from his experiences, he told me how smart some of the people in there really are. Its truely amazing, im not going into detail.

Off with the head isn't humane. But i do believe in the person being killed in the way they killed some one.

I'd rather have the state kill me than be in prison for the rest of my life.

off with the head is not humane your right, but that sure as hell gets the point across to people.

Are you more likely to do a crime if you are going to be put in prison and have a chance of perole(sp) in 25 years, or if you lose your head?

so someone agrees with me, prison life is too nice as it is today, if u give someone life in prison, there shouldnt be hot meals, docters, and clean clothes, it should be how it was in tha old days, bread and water, dirty clothes forever, and when u get sick ur just gunna plain old die

and diplomatic immunity IS PURE BULLSHIT, they can do anything they want and not get arrested or prosecuted, that needs to changed

lol guys. Just because someone is in prison. Doesn't mean they are necessarily there for the right reason, A good amount of people in prison don't necessarily deserve to be there. Some of the things ive heard of are maybe "jail" worthy, but not prison worthy.

For those who dont know :

Prison = a year or more
Jail = a year or less

i dont belive in the death penalty........ simply because... an eye for an eye..... will make the world go blind... which jus happens to b a famous quote....

I belive that instead a government should take care of its citizens.. simply because a majority of the crimes commited in every country are based on money or lack there of.
