No, you should not play a modded xbox on xbox live that is in direct violation of the terms of contract that you agreed to. If you want to still play with other people, regardless they will be modders, play on xlink, it will still let you play with online people far smaller community though, still fun.

I Dont Have A Modded Xbox..and I Dont Like People Who Mod In Live...my Friend Doesnt Want To Buy A New Xbox Just So He Can Play On Live.....i Read Some Shit About Working Around Being Banned And I Was Wandering If It Was True....thats All I Was Asking...dickheads
