Call this Broadband?

Wow my broadband has decided to take a turn for the worst...actuallu maybe the word turn should be replaced with plunge! When I originally got broadband my d/l speed was about 512kbs...rubbish by todays standards! But now my broadband has decided to go back into it's narrowband shell and go right down to about well 13.4kbs! Dont believe me? Check this screenshot whilst downloading a file from Filefront!

And the funny thing about this, check out this screenshot from a couple of days ago. I thought it was bad at this download speed:

Please note, nobody else is on my network and Im not downloading anything else! It's spectacularly bad! All those with T3....think yourself lucky

Thats not necessarily your connection. Stuff that that also has to do with how fast the host of the file is communicating with you. Even I download things at that speed from some places.
