I don't own one, but a lot of my friends do. What is your opinion on the new firmware update? From what I have heard, it was really over-hyped. Opinions from anyone else?

i didn't update.. no reason for me to.. i have 1.5 still and i can play snes, nes, sega, mame, gameboy, whatever kind of emulators I want, along with some cool homebrew applications and games.. if i upgrade to the latest firmware I only get a web browser which I cant use cause I dont have a wiresless router, and even if I did have one I'll just use the Wipeout browser.
