i have the worst luck

so i was working today (restaraunt) and this ass left the handle out on the saucepan, and boiling sugar water, which, if you dont know how hot it has to be, it takes about 15 minutes longer than regular water. so, all over my hand i have sugar napalm. then, after i ice it i start a double boiler for chocolate. (boiling water in a saucepan, bowl on top, steam melts chocolate so it doesn't burn.) so when i take my chocolate off, steam pours out and burns the same hand a second time, ****in peeling back my skin. and, i dropped the chocolate and ruined the dish. im retarted
