360 help

i bought a 12 month for my 360 and i put in the code and everything. the good part is that its a profile on the dashboard. the bad part is i can't play with it as a gamertag. could it be because i have too many other gamertags (i have 8 other ones but they all expired)? and ideas of what i could do

just try deleting exo bonzai cuz that tag isss waaaaay old anyways

1-800-4MY-XBOX talk to microsft they can help u turst me i had a problem with sum Microsoft points and the helped me out
